The "Finite Energy Photon hypothesis" explains part of the discrepancy in the Casimir force and dismisses the granularity problem for time reversed Hawking radiation by placing an absolute upper limit on the energy of a photon. Simply put, this limit is the point at which the decreasing size of a photon and the increasing mass equivalent of the photon's energy cause the photon to become a quantum black hole. |
